[0:00] Welcome, everyone, to our Sunday morning service. Today, we're going to talk about a very important topic: God's justice. You see, many of us think that God is just a loving Father who forgives us no matter what. But the truth is, God's justice is not just about forgiveness; it's also about consequences. According to Proverbs 6:30-31, our sins will be punished, and we must face the consequences of our actions. [1:30] Now, let's take a closer look at what Proverbs 6:30-31 says. It states, 'Men do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry.' But then it says, 'But if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it is still possible that he may be pardoned.' You see, God's justice is not just about punishment; it's also about restoration. He wants to restore us to Himself, but we must first acknowledge our sins and repent. [3:45] So, what does this mean for us? It means that our debt to God is due, and we must pay the price for our sins. But the good news is that Jesus Christ has already paid the price for us. Through faith in Him, we can be forgiven and restored to God. So, let's turn to Jesus and ask for forgiveness. Let's surrender our lives to Him and live according to His word.
