Praise the Lord, dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ, it's a great pleasure to meet you again in this series that we are going through for several weeks now. We have entitled the series as the Foundation of Sins and in the course of having our discussions, progressively we have marched into yet another sub-series or a sub-topic, Passive Sins. and the last two sessions we have been discussing about there were multiple passive sins by the way and we have started it as a series which may span roughly around 19 or 20 sessions and the last couple of sessions what we had gone through the first one was the worldly wisdom and the second one was the forgiveness and I hope it was helpful and may God bless you in helping you rectifying those areas of passive sins and the christendom today thoroughly ignores the passive sins that's why we call this as passive sins or the sins that are forbidden or ignored the most and the sad truth here is these are the sins which will basically make the lord tell you or make the lord to speak it as i knew not who you are okay they may be the great miracle workers, prophets, they may be even running the church or maybe you may be like that rich anger ruler who said that I have been practicing all of these commandments from day one, but there is a passive hidden sin, my friend. And Jesus loved him and looked at him and said, you know what? You have a lot of lust for your money. Why don't you sell everything and follow me? And Bible says that the rich anger ruler returned back home with a sad heart and he could not do anything after that and you know what sadly after that nowhere in the bible there is anything mentioned about this anger and what i could presume or assume is probably the guy never came out of his passive sin he thought it's okay i have been following the rest and because of this one uh passive sin that i have god would not judge me but the sad truth is god did judge him Why? Because even after telling this, he would not follow the ways of God. All right. So that's enough for an introduction. So again, I like to scrape a bit before we move into any kind of topic, what we had discussed in the past. And that's a good habit to just get us together aligned before we move ahead. OK, today I've come up with a new topic under the same category of passive sins. and the third one, it is the third series by the way in passive sins category. I would like to entitle I would like to entitle the topic as weariness or fatigue or tiredness. Come on, the definition is quite contrary. Could somebody sin by being weary? weariness or fatigness or tiredness is something very very common it's it's it's to be called as a common phenomena or a part of human anatomy if i have to go through the nomenclature and the creations of how the lord made this world or created this world even god himself was a little tired and he would want to rest himself on the seventh day then brother what is this you're talking about being wary is this really a sin i can't believe this yes even i couldn't believe it to be the to be very honest with you but then as i was meditating upon the facts that led me that or that drew my attention that weariness also could be something terrible and it can become a sin that can draw our attention far away from our lord okay so as usual we will get into our traditional practices of going through those five or six steps i'm not very sure that i can cover everything in this session itself and i didn't want to drag it and make it a very long session that you may not that i may not get the best of your attention so i'm planning to separate this into two different sessions but then let's start with some of the basics and we'll see how time goes and then based on that we will decide okay so without even wasting a minute let's move on uh the first thing that i'm talking here is about the normal definition right that's our usual style of talking about it or talking through any series the normal definition for uh weary as a word or a terminology the english dictionary calls it out like this physically and mentally fatigued meaning what i am fed up of this you heard this right many many brothers and sisters uh you know calling out these kind of uh these kind of this kind of vocabulary or paraphrases i'm sick and tired of this uh guy or a lady i can i can't tolerate this anymore i'm really tired of this i don't want to go through this struggle anymore i i'm i'm i'm i'm I'm fed up of the sickness. You see that what it means is there is no room left in our mindset or in our body physically or mentally to tolerate or bear or to cope up or to accept. Right. And that's quite natural. If you go to any psychiatrist, you go to doctors, you go to the normal, you know, even even to an atheist, need not necessarily be a religious guy. right you go to any human being and say that i'm a little tired today i want to take off okay please take off and there is no offense there is no defense on that right because getting tired is good but here what we are talking about is not just the physical tiredness brothers and sisters you know what saturday sunday holiday is a concept which was introduced by god in the very first chapter of the bible and that's what the entire world is inheriting regardless of any religion They don't seem to appreciate this concept, which is introduced by God. But they all enjoy it, right? They hate Christianity. We are going and convicting people. This is the kind of allegation what we keep hearing from people. But actually, it's not about conviction. It's about telling the truth and shedding light. And that's exactly what the Lord God Almighty, our Father in heaven, shed the light and told the fact. The truth is your body needs rest. then I can feel that I need rest on the seventh day why not you therefore it's not about the physical fatigueness or tiredness we are talking about but here it's a mix of both sometimes what happens is the tiredness, the fatigue, the weary attitude begins from our heart begins from our thoughts begins from our emotions that's why the Bible says this is not part of my notes but I'm just telling this Romans chapter 12, verse 1 and 2. My favorite verses. I'm just turning it. I'm having a King James Version right in front of me. I thought from today onwards I need to make some references also live as I'm talking to you. I beseech you brethren, by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. You know, we we call it in so many different contexts, right? I do service to God in this way, that way, which is all good brother. But then if you would not have this renewal of mind, regularly introspecting the habit of regularly introspecting your mindset, your thoughts, the thought processes within your body, you do have a problem. They're saying Bible is saying you're not at service to God. Yeah. That's the biggest service that you can do to yourself. See, if you can't save yourself and save your own home, what is the point in you serving the world we all read that right I don't have that quotes right in front of me but I'm sure you all read that in Bible right if you can't save your own home and your own soul what is it of great use I mean what is that God could use out of you yeah and see and do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. You see, what is this you're talking about? Why perfect will of God is linked to renewal of mind? It's all about renewal of mind, right? And that's exactly I'm connecting the dots to my message. The message here is about weariness, tiredness, renewal of mind. If it is going to be taken well care, if you have taken well care of your mind, there is no fatigueness that you're going to feel. Trust me. the tiredness actually starts from your instincts from your spirit keep up the spirits you have heard right the motivational speakers and all the communication trainers they keep using these terms keep up the spirits guys that live up to your spirits what does it mean actually everything starts from inside and it goes outside that's what jesus also said right when somebody was not washing their hand before eating the pharisees were making a big fuss big ruckus hey what is this you are violating the tradition. Jesus said, hey, chill out. The point here is nothing from outside can corrupt from inside, but what is from inside can only corrupt the outside. What he meant to say is if you have taken good care of your mind, attitude and heart and emotions, you're all good, but you're all good buddy. If you're not going to clean your hand, it's okay. It'll just come out of your body. Yeah. The next day morning, you know, the nature's call, everything is going to be flushed out of your body do not worry jesus literally told this it may sound little nasty dirty but jesus told this right and we need to go by that so what i'm trying to say here is the weariness starts from inside and we need to take care of that inside that's the definition i think i'm very clear on the definition let's talk about one quote i i didn't make a number of quotes here i i would call i'm just moving on to the general concepts somebody said like that there's an unknown author our fatigue is often caused not by work but by worry frustration and resentment right don't you think this is exactly what we had been talking for the last couple of minutes yes the worry frustration the resentment and the anger or whatever you call it as anything linked to emotions first puts your spiritual emotions down your spirits down your mind down your heart down the moment all these three four things are down right immediately you will feel somewhat fatigue now i'm just moving on what are the what are the few uh things that are uh you know that are not easy for human mankind to bear and i'm linking it to the third point actually second and third they go hand in hand therefore you can treat it as one point or one topic now i'm i've made a list of what are the physical weariness that we are not that we are aware of and that we could be possibly not aware of and i'm just making a list of here if you're a doctor if you're practicing medical science or you for a student in in a medical college you will pretty much understand right this is all part of your academics i'm going to just rub through the list of things that i have made a note from the social media or from the google so here we go with the list i i'm very sure you would have gone through either of this if you are not gone through i think you you you don't need bible you're obviously to be called yourself as god and which is not the truth right one john 179 says that those who basically confess the truth they will they will they will get cleansed and they will be pronounced as righteous. And one of my favorite verses was, I remember Proverbs chapter 28 verse 13. Those who shall confess it as is to God will obtain mercy. Yes, else they are going to be qualified for judgment of God. Yeah, the word says that. Just go and read it. So let's be very honest, right? The list that I'm going to talk through are nothing but either of this will be diagnosed in your body, would have been diagnosed in your body in the past, or maybe in the present or be prepared for the future. If you are not rectifying this the weary attitude of your heart spirits, you will end up in one or other problems like this. Okay, let me go through this list without a break. I will read it for you. Chronic tiredness. Chronic sleepiness. You know, you will be so tired, you will sleep during the morning. Yeah. Headache. Dizziness. Sore or aching muscles. there will be muscle pain joint pain muscle weakness is another fact suddenly you will have sprain in your neck or sprain on your back and you cannot walk fast Slowed reflexes and responses Acid reflexes is also one of the acidity right You have impaired decision making and judgment You need to do some repair work When you make a decision out of five four of them will be not right Yeah your judgmental skills will deteriorate ultimately moodiness ah he's such a moody fellow i don't want to talk to him irritability you will get irritated for even simple things even for at a five-year-old child you will start you will start yelling yelling mood swings appetite loss you won't feel like eating you will feel hungry but the moment you eat you will feel as if you're full reduced immune system function this is understandable blurry vision short-term memory problems poor concentration hallucinations which is nothing but if you have not gone through you've heard this word it's nothing but mental disorder what you you will behave like a psycho yeah suddenly you will break a glass or you will take a jar of water and throw it on the floor something like that but don't try any of these okay i'm just kidding reduced ability to pay attention to the situation at hand low motivation i think i told 15 or 16 of them this is fair enough brothers and sisters right are these all related to weary fatigueness tiredness yes it is yes it is if you are tired these are the kind of implications or the you the the reflection of tiredness is either of these either or all of these activities right or all of this not activities all of these symptoms okay time to move on so we are done with the first three for a level setting let's move on the detailed study on the biblical explanations and this is where I'm going to spend a lot of time lot of time why because this is a little bit of a different study or a different walkthrough of what we should learn from the Bible. And here we have, yeah, we have to basically understood there is less of preaching and more of teaching here. Yeah, because it's very important to understand always in all my messages you might have seen, it's not just my own perception or theory, but it's all about Bible, how it basically wants to correct us, how it basically wants to direct us, lead us, guide us, nourish us, or even admonish us exhortations and sometimes corrections sorry sometimes impositions and we call it as reproves instructions all these things we have to somehow derive it from bible bible is the one which ultimately sets the context and sets the direction and it takes us to the next level without bible it's definitely or truly not a message from god okay now as i was researching i found there are at least 96 times or 96 instances where bible is basically using this word called this viari of course if i have to go through all the 96 this is not enough maybe i will need the whole day but then i've handpicked which of which of those are most important and ignored which of those are least important and therefore it's very important significant that we stick to the bible and understand the explanations and that's why i was i was thinking we have to split this into two sessions we need to divide this into two sessions we may not be able to complete it in one shot all right so now let's move on um the first verse is psalm 73 if you have your bibles right in front of you i would i would always recommend when you listen to the message of god you better have a bible or a or a kind of an e-bible electronic bible you can install in your phone nothing wrong but go for always KJV the King James version is the best and trust me some of the Bibles which I've read through also were having some interpretations on their own and they are most of the times misleading, they deviate from the actual meaning of the gospel and even these kind of interpretations in the KJV they've done to the maximum possible extent but if you read the true version of Hebrew version of the Bible that could possibly convey 10% to 20% of more emphasis on the meanings. But then we need to go to somewhere on a balanced version and KJV is good. Alright, Psalm 73 26. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and portion forever. If you look at this if you look at this paraphrase, it's something that obviously David had written this right and if you look at some not David I'm sorry this was written this is a book of this this is a song of Asaph you know Asaph you know how these guys came into picture do you know a little bit about Asaph I'll tell you if you have not heard about this and very quickly I will make this when Moses went to the mount and he was you know what to say engraving the 10 commandments with the help of God and he came down he saw the people of Israel have sinned the Lord basically spoke to Moses say this to this people and Moses exclaimed the top of the voice who's on God's side come here and the tribe of Levi came first and they inherited the promise of God likewise you might be reminding of one more incident kora you remember this guy kora was rebellious and kora happens to be one of his blood relation he happens to be one of his uncles right and yeah i did this research some time ago you can also google and see or go to the uh the the the bible like dake or something like that they would have given the explanation so um this guy was rebelling against moses and he was making of us hey you know what you think god is talking to only you and not to us etc and moses was little bit irritated but then moses was very humble god said that and next day moses said let's go to the field and ask god to judge who's right and then moses gave one more final call like how he has done that in the mount sinai or somewhere in the same incident who the cora finally you have a chance to repent or something like that and you know what happened the sons of Korah fled him and Asaph happened to be one of the sons of Korah yes and these guys moved away saying daddy absolutely sorry we cannot do this because we understand God is with Moses you may stick to your ego see sometimes you need to let go even maybe your closest relative you cannot be bound to some meaningless emotions it's because of my mother it's because it's my dad i cannot say no to them look at these guys they said no and they went to the moses side of moses and you know what happened all of us know right earthquake and swallowed that guy and he's no more and straight to the hell i think right uh yeah that in the bible if you read um in the in the pits in the bottomless pit he's going to be uh buried revelation chapter 20 if i'm not wrong uh 22 and 3 bottom of the bottomless pity will be sealed and the guy was basically already you know led over there and there is i i don't think even he will appear for the judgment day this is my own assumption but then i'm just saying it's it's it's it's it's it's so dangerous to rebel against the children of god but that's not my topic i'm deviating i'll come back to the original topic asaf is the guy who wrote this and sound 73 is one of the famous songs which basically talks praises about the people who are who are practicing bribery, corruption what not and you name anything, violence these guys will be there and Psalm 73 is one meticulous Psalms which praises them and you know what is the title? The tragedy of the wicked and the blessedness of trust in God and in between that there happened to be one verse that is 26 which talks about my flesh and my heart fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever what happens here is although in some versions it is coming as weary but most of the versions it's not coming as weary but then it's very closely coupled to weariness or teardness my flesh and my heart fail when I look of all these happenings you have to read that psalm brothers and sisters that's a very good psalm because many times we get discouraged right the happenings in our country happenings in our state and happenings in the government procedures etc and all that or the wicked people kidnappings and what not we look at anything you need to read that right and how the paraphrase ends it and ends is the lord will push them to the cliff as if it looked like they are so tall but then they will fall down and die now what happens is you may look at all the circumstances around you incidents around you you may it may appear as though all the people your enemies are standing at the cliff at the top you know but never forget they are standing at the cliff one step and they are gone finished and that's exactly what God is going to do with the wicked people and this is the psalm which tells for indeed those who are far from you shall perish you have destroyed all those who desert you for halter but it is good for you to for me to draw near to God I put my trust in the Lord God that I may declare all your works yeah this is what 27 and 28 says and i'm just looking for the right verse yeah verse 18 73 18 surely you set them in slippery places you cast them down to destruction which means they are standing in the cliff and then you will raise them to the higher places and you will push them down so do not be wary by looking at all kind of violences all kind of inappropriate things that are happening in our country, at your office, workplace, school, college, whatever. Let your heart not fail, which means what? Don't lose hope. Don't lose hope. Set your hope and confessions upon the promises of God. That's exactly the point. Okay, let's move on. I think we got the message. I have lots of things to do here, my brothers. I'm telling you, I have to really rush. But then I don't like rushing because that's not the way to read Bible. one of the famous preachers told this his name is Zach Poonan I think you all know him he used to say this all the time do not let go through the Bible, let the Bible go through you right, do not hurry up saying 10 chapters I read today no, no, even if it's one verse, it's enough let it go through you meaning what, test your emotions, anger, everything and then let the you know the word of god is like two-edged sword it pierces into the heart the flesh of your heart and then it it separates the evil from good yeah zachariah chapter 4 verse 10 says the lord's eyes scans across the ends of the earth and it separates the evil from good similarly there is the promise of god the word of god let's move on second john 14 27 peace i live with you my peace i give it to very famous right and not not second John I'm sorry I made a mistake it's it's it's John chapter 14 verse 1 and 27 are almost alike similar I give the peace to you not the not as the world gives do I give to you let not your hearts be troubled neither let them be afraid this is also very very tightly coupled to tiredness right and I think it's similar to what I told before whatever may your circumstance just be sure peace i leave it to you the peace of god is something that money cannot buy i'll tell you your good works cannot buy it comes it comes out of mere and absolute grace imagine when jesus resurrected he met with mary magdalene and he told you know go and tell peter and all the disciples and all that he mentioned peter specifically because peter lost his peace the guy was terribly disturbed and his heart was mumbling or bubbling with sadness and then he will he was dying to see jesus okay and jesus walks after all this talks he walks into the room and then he looks at the apostles and says the first thing peace be with you peace be to you right and again when the storms were rolling he turned around and said peace be still he didn't use any other things hey get away get behind me said and like that he could have told get behind me waves or the roaring waves or storm he didn't say that why why he used the word peace is yahoo way is known for instilling peace that why he called as yahoo shalom right and even you go to Israel or any other Arabian countries or anywhere they will say Shalom They will invite you to Shalom. Peace. Do not be terrified. Do not panic. Peace be with you. Let's be at peace. And Hebrews 12, 14, my favorite verse. Be, I think I should read that for you. I'm turning that very quickly. Right? Hebrews 12, 14. Peace is being used. Why? Because today, the most lacking piece of thing within the human mankind is peace. Money cannot buy as I told you. Your power position promotion, your richness yeah, you buy a new car, you think that can give you peace? No, that will give you more fear. Why? Because one small scratch, no finished. That whole day you will be moved off. New car, costly car, gone. And for filling that scratch, you go take it to the garage, that guy will be charging so much of money you will feel like selling the car on the same day yeah i've felt it many times okay so let's move on 12 14 pursue peace with all men and holiness without which no one will see the lord you got it right pursue peace with all men and holiness first of all if you don't have peace how is that you are going to see instill peace in other person's mind or you are going to be at peace with other person maybe your enemy right you're finished and and holiness it says which means what never say guys or brothers and sisters do not be so foolish to say i have all the peace in my life but only thing is i no no i have all the holiness in life but only thing is i don't i'm not at peace with anyone it's not the other way the sequence bible talks everything in a chronological order in a sequential order what is the order here be at peace and then comes holiness now I'm connecting it again right this world can give the world is full of trouble Bible says that and Jesus taught us how to overcome right if you don't believe me take and read John chapter 16 verse 33 right Bible says that Jesus said as how I overcome the world you shall also overcome he talks with a charge he talks with a command right it's a command commandment sorry now what I say is always pursue for peace that which is troubling you the principle here is that which is troubling you introspect it go fix it yeah bible says it will be even better if you fix it before the sun sets don't even wait for the next day don't even wait for evening move on okay so i think that's enough for an explanation second corinthians chapter 12 verse 9 yeah we all know this right my grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness when you are weary be very sure this is something that God the Father told or spoke to our apostle Paul Paul had the thorn in the flesh and many people have found out the thorn in the flesh is nothing but his eyes were watering or there was a problem in his eyes probably there was pus or something like that that's why in one of the epistles while he was thanking somebody would say if possible you would pluck your eye and give it to me you love me so much I know so people are connecting that so wherever he went the Paul was basically having the thorn it was disturbing him to preach or disturbing him to write the epistles then he pleaded God thrice can you believe Paul talking to God thrice for his own health and healing there is the guy walks and the apron for people touch apron and all the heal and his shadow passes by the hill powerful preacher even one one guy from third floor he has fallen down he went and fallen on him and he came back to life he reasoned people from death this guy is saying please have mercy god we can you get reminded of yourself can you plug yourself into the shoes of paul how many times we would have fasted and prayed no for our own health issues or problems at office or what not you know financial crisis or economical problems what not right and what if god appears and says my grace is sufficient i cannot give you money my grace is sufficient i cannot give you health immediately healing immediately how will you feel you know how Paul felt after that the Bible researchers are biblical researchers are saying after that only has written many opposed many many epistles and then he he was fully charged because Paul understood the value behind the grace there is nothing like grace it's an unmerited favor and don't you think even if you go by your strength without the strength of the lord you just can accomplish maybe one percent how i i remind telling this right moses at some point of time thought with his muscle power he can kill one after the other egyptians egyptians secretly and then he can defeat the army and he can lead the people being a deliverer god said no no this is not the right approach 40 years he put him in wilderness maybe he has given his vacation and then after 40 years god says come i'll take it to you don't worried come i will take you and in one shot i will ensure or you bury the entire egyptian army under the sea and he did that under the red sea we all know that right and similarly what was the what was that that play the grace of god actually if you see yeah my grace is bigger it's healthier it's massive it's immeasurable innumerable you cannot measure there is no unit to measure grace always my brothers and sisters in the midst of your weakness right whatever it may be stick to the grace concept and you want to know more about grace we are having one more session on that i will be covering that and about grace but i think all of us know what is grace let's move on matthew chapter 11 verses 28 to 30 come to me all you you are weak and heavy laden this famous verse right i will give you rest take my yoke upon you and learn from me for i'm gentle and lowly in heart many people don't even understand this yoke concept and you will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy and my burden is light some if you have heard please ignore but for those who haven't heard this i will explain this yoke you know what they are referring yoke is nothing but a kind of a heavy thing that is put on your shoulders or on your neck the best example is the bull right the farmers put that yoke on two bull and they basically plow the field and what happens is if you some of you may have maybe in agriculture one of the bull will be an experienced bull the other bull will be an inexperienced bull so what happens is the inexperienced bull will basically be led by the experienced bull and after a few days or few weeks or few months the bull also becomes experienced then they will remove this bull and they will add another bull so what happens here is jesus saying hey you know what I have experienced every single thing that you can you name it anything in this world I walked across the planet earth for 33 and a half years and I know what you're talking about I have been tempted at all points just like you are tempted and I'm not talking here as an inexperienced person I'm a very experienced person both in heaven and in earth and I'm the creator for your information okay the yoke that I experienced will be easy for you to just share it along with me and be my partner. Therefore, we both plow the field. And you know what is the field? The field is referred to as your heart. We plow your heart and we basically sow the right seeds and we ensure that we get the best of the fruits and the harvest is going to be plentiful. Now I'm connecting to the parable of the sower, right? This is exactly what it is. And here, if you see, when you have no courage, when you have, you have no motivation, you are completely hopeless you have no confidence you know whom you should partner with you should partner with this person this beautiful character called as jesus our lord right first of all he's our elder brother treat him like your brother then you will feel more free father in heaven yes he is in higher position but trust me father in heaven is also very compassionate in fact he is so compassionate he is the one who sent jesus so you should always talk to father more than you talk to jesus in the name of Jesus you can talk but do not look at father differently okay people have that feeling right father is very strict he's very angry oh I go to him he will burn me with fire who said that just read the bible properly God so loved this world God not Jesus right Jesus never came into the picture he sent Jesus because he loved that's why Jesus heart melts father father father all the time father you have forsaken me Eli Eli lama sabachani right he couldn't bear it father is so loving and prodigals and thing if you look at it right he was watching the father was sitting and watching every day but before even this guy could look at him he came running towards him father that's the attitude of father do not of course you need to have all the respect and honor he's the creator never forget it and he's powerful and he's the one who begins and ends everything is there all control is in his hand but do not make mistakes by calling him as someone like an arrogant strict or whatever right that it may be in other religions they are very scared of god but here father is love the moment you say father in heaven your eyes your tear the tears should fall out of your eyes okay anyway um when you're heavy laden at the take up the yoke example and then partner with jesus and he's going to lead you and in fact you should partner with holy spirit but in the name of Jesus you should partner let's move on brothers Psalm 55 verse 22 goes like this cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you he will never permit the righteous to be moved can you believe this I was just taking a moment to cross verify yes this is the right paraphrase he will never permit the righteous to be moved and you can also uh refer psalm 46 10 psalm 16 8 these are all supporting verses where the righteous will never be forsaken by god yes hebrews 13 5 i will never leave you nor forsake you these are some of the famous verses right so this is again tightly coupled to the previous one but what i'm saying is when you learn when you inculcate the habit of casting your burden especially emotions right that's how we started some 107 20 the next verse in the interest of time i'm moving little faster he sent out his word and healed them and he delivered them from their description description destructions so this is another thing right when you're suffering from any kind of sickness ailments do not be worried god is there he will take care of your health brothers i'll tell you this first peter 4 19 therefore let those who suffer according to god's will entrust their souls to a faithful creator while doing good but you know where we make mistakes we do not have that discriminating spirit of to understand who is faithful and who is unfaithful right there is nobody faithful other than god yeah how many other times you drub him ditch him still he will be after your love and who else can you go after asking for you know love asking for help and etc okay let's move on Romans chapter 8 verse 28. Romans chapter 8 verse 28. I think one of the famous words, right? The Lord God who does all things, work together for our good, and those who are called according to his purpose. So, never, never, ever think all the things that are appearing to be bad will end up in bad. No, no, Bible talks differently, right? It may make you weary, but the good news is he will make it work for your good. that's what bible says second corinthians chapter 5 verses 6 to 7 so we are always of good courage we know that while we are at home in a in the body we are away from the lord for we walk by faith not by sight right what will keep us encouraged what will keep us keep our courage you know intact is basically when we walk by faith when we stick to our faith what is faith the quick description will be second turn with me to second corinthians chapter 4 verse 18 you know what is this is the exact description of faith while we do not look at the things which are which are seen but are the things which are not seen for the things which are seen are temporary they are the worldly pleasures this carb, this bungalow, job, bank balance, promotion. But the things which are not seen are eternal. What are not seen is, for example, you are diagnosed with some dreadful disease and what you should create in your faith is healing from the dreadful disease. Probably your boss called and said, today is your last working day. What you should create is, this is an opportunity that God is taking me two levels higher. Can anybody think like that? It's very tough, guys. It's very tough, brothers. so we need to start practicing is what Bible says ok let's move on 2nd Corinthians no sorry Revelation chapter 21 verses 3 to 4 and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying behold the dwelling place of God is with man he will dwell with them and they will be his people and God himself will be with them as their God he will wipe away every tear from their eyes and death shall be no more neither shall be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore for the former things have passed away see this is the attitude of God right, those that are weary crying and all the time mourning, sorrowful God is readily waiting to wipe your tears but never forget never get misled with the fact that this can happen only at the second coming or whatever, no it happens even now, right now, you close your eyes in the name of Jesus, you ask him you will feel that healing touch of God healing your spiritual burdens Psalm 147.3 God heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds now who get broken hearted those that are weary thinking that oh I am sick and tired I am just fed up there is nothing that can happen right in my life Galatians 6.9 and let us not grow weary of doing good for in due season we will reap if we do not give up now here paul is trying to help us extract one important principle right have you realized this that many times you would have been almost there but you will be very tired to take that one step ahead so i will tell you one small story right now what happened is in a village there was a guy whose forefathers had been always telling in this place there is a gold some place was marked and this guy started digging digging digging digging for many years people walking by they mocked him people walking by they made fun of him etc and the guy never gave up and he dug dug dug at some point of time i think he dug for 40 years or so let us assume it's a story anyway at the end of the 40th year he said no i think these guys all who marked at me were absolutely right and I think I have become a kind of a ridiculing element or someone who is deserved to be humiliated. He just dropped all his equipments, instruments, etc. and then he walked off. A few years later somebody who passed by saw that big trench kind of thing being dug and then he inquired across the village what happened and all that and he learned the story then this guy takes up the same equipment etc and he dug just 10 feet down the line he found that big treasure of gold by hearing this only you feel something inside of you right many many of us I'll tell you what this weariness is for a mere moment Bible says that 2nd Corinthians chapter 4 verse 17 says for our light affliction which is but for a moment mere moment is working for us far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. You are going to find the treasure. You are going to find out the glory of God. You are going to be raised as the biggest witness for God. Imagine Jesus in the garden of testimony. He would have given up. That's it. It's over. Anyway, let's move on. So I think I think you have learned something from Galatians 6.9. Isaiah chapter 40 verses 29 to 31. All of us know this, right? Those that weight on the lord they will renew their strength like an eagle and they will they will never become tired right and even the young people shall walk lack energy and faint but not the people of god i think we all of us know what it means is you know this eagle story if you do not know i will tell you one more story this eagle at some point of time will lose all its feathers you know the normal eagle in the wild or in the forest jungle will be like nine feet if it stretches both the wings you can imagine with that its might is on the wings it flies and it comes in such a force inertia and then it picks up its prey it can even pick up in its in its claws right it clutches it can take up you know the end calf and all that it can take up and go so this eagle will lose its feathers which means what it lost its might by the time it gets the indication I saw once in Discovery Channel or something like that it will pick up plays or a cave where the cave is free of serpents or any kind of even rats or whatever what happens is since its might is gone even some bunch of ants can come and eat up the eagle it will be living inside the that hole or a cave for i don't know few weeks or something like that without water without food nothing but you know what its hope is in the lord that's exactly what we read in the previous verse right its hope is in the lord it look it it doesn't get weary of its situation losing its might but it looks up to the Lord and says that Father all these days you help me to fly high excuse me fly high and my might was on the wings but today I understand my might is not on the wings my might is on the creator of the wings therefore I look up to the creator and I ask you Father may my wings grow you know that the eagles pray better than us there was a joke and the eagle prays and it slowly starts seeing the feathers coming out of its wings right and then the feathers gets more stronger the second time when the eagle gets the feathers it's even more stronger that that that that's how the that's how the creation is done by god right and then it flies even higher and gets stronger that's how bible says that we also should be waiting when we think our might is gone for for for wrong reasons you might have thought your might is in in your own talking skills preaching skills or your job your bank balances but then suddenly your bank balance becomes zero you're you lost your might right but then you should think even at that point of time oh i was wrong my might was not on the bank balance but the lord who is controlling the balance in the bank and therefore there may i look at him yes it may take few days few weeks few years but do not lose art the feathers are going to come out of your wings brother and you're going to again fly in style you're going to again walk in style there is no two ways about it hebrews chapter 12 verse 3 i'm moving on consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself so that you may not grow weary right when you need to learn to develop that endurance from sinners and get into the mode of hostility so that you don't grow weary your heart doesn't become dull that's what it means 1 corinthians chapter 10 13 i think we all know this is one of the famous verses right no temptations have overtaken you that is not common to man god is faithful and he will not let you to be tempted beyond your ability now this is important if you are going to tell oh this is something that which I cannot bear you know what you're calling God is a liar a liar take and read 1 John 1 John 1 chapter 1 verses 7 to 10 right if you are not confessing it in a appropriate way you're calling God a liar you're speaking lies and you're calling God a liar be very careful so no temptation is from God first of all and even if God allows the temptation he doesn't allow the more than what you can bear beyond your ability he definitely definitely knows your strengths and weaknesses but with that that you may be able to endure it genesis 25 verses 29 and 30 and i think we need to stop here because i have lots to cover and i don't think i can finish it in this session therefore we need to stop here we need to stop here let's let's finish this one more verse genesis chapter 25 verses 29 and 30 i think i need to explain this a bit we all need to understand we all know the story right Jacob and Esha Esha came first and Jacob caught his hand legs a toe and he came out and from that time the guy is called as a grabber but I will talk about Jacob the truth is little different from what we would have imagined of course he's a grabber of course he tried to grab his you know brother's birthright etc but then we have a different perspective to meditate and I will take you through that in a different session for now let's focus on this and in this uh paraphrase if you look jacob boil boil he was boiling his potage and isha coming in from the field and he is weary bible says he was very very tired and hungry because basically he's a hunter right and he was and he used to run and hunt the animals etc and isha said unto jacob let me eat i pray some of this red thing for i'm weary therefore had one called his name Edom right I Edom and read meaning what he is he is basically saying give it to me because I am very very hungry and if you continue to read in that verse the story goes like this Jacob you know cleverly asks him why don't you sell your birthright because those days the elder gets all the things the best of the attention best of the property best of the inheritance best of the honor respect everything that's why absalom was planning to overthrow you know king david why because he was the eldest right he was his father obviously he was the eldest and that that guy also was the eldest therefore he was trying to grab that and that turned out for his bird but bad but then let's come back to this topic right now if you notice in the chapter verse 30 genesis 25 30 talking about the red thing the red thing means what you know there is a kind of a grass millet millet kind of thing which is cooking that red thing you know why that red color there is a spiritual meaning to it if you inherit the blood of jesus the blood is in red color no you have the birthright you get the birthright you become a new creation in god second corinthians 5 17 and you become the youngest brother to our elder brother jesus and we all become children to father you get that birthright new right to possess what you want but if you don't partake in the red thing then you basically will have to give away that birthright you will not have any inheritance now coming to this this story right this guy wants to partake in the no no but one more important point the blood was shed for a due to jesus sacrifice and we were brought for a price 1 corinthians 6 20 says that right now here what happens is the red thing is there and this guy wants to partake that and you know still hold that position but then what happens here is you cannot partake and still hold the birthright if you want to partake you have to give the birthright why sacrifice is a must right that's why that red thing when he partakes he sacrificed his birthright and whatever he sacrificed that became a gain for Jacob. Similarly, when Jesus basically sacrificed his life and given away his birthright as a position of becoming the prince of the heaven, he humbled himself with all humility. Matthew 6.14 you should take and read. With all lowliness, gentleness and humility, Jesus came to this world and he forgave our sins. That he even to the extent of giving away his birthright, he is the only son of God right he can always hold that birthright like how this guy Jacob could have always held that red thing what he prepared that millet soup or something like that right but then he gives it to him and what happens is the moment he partake in that he has to sacrifice therefore he said okay take my birthright so whenever you're very always remember that you are a partaker of something worst but then you have nothing to sacrifice because it was sacrificed by Jesus and he sacrificed it in such a way that it ended up to be your gain and you have to basically inherit that position, inherit that promise and say that my weariness today it is getting converted to a stronger position for my own gain, for my own profit, that's what exactly happened, Jacob inherited the birthright and you know what all happened after that we will cover that in a different session so brothers and sisters i have to stop here i have to end this part one don't you think this is very interesting to know what bible talks about weariness and how we can basically overcome in the next session we will be continuing the biblical explanations we have a long way to go and we will be basically doing some case studies some wonderful case studies god is going to talk to us and then we will be also talking about certain principles what we can extract from this study okay right thank you brothers and sisters talk to you soon in the next session when we begin we will be starting from exodus chapter 17 and verse 12 god bless you
