The importance of being involved in the voting process
The need for awareness of current events
Taking simple steps as believers to create change
Romans 13:11 Timothy 2:1-4
People tell me all the time, John, you're an evangelist. You're called to win souls, not win seats for a particular party. If we can choose between a supportive government and an oppressive government, if we are just blindly sitting like, whatever happens, let it happen, I don't care, and you come and complain that you have an oppressive government, it's just foolishness. If you could have just bothered about, okay, going and casting the vote, bothered about understanding and telling the people around you to go and vote for the government that is supporting you, It makes sense. So on a very similar note, I believe that as Christians, we need to be involved in understanding what's happening, be aware of what's happening, and take the simple steps that we can take as believers, and then we will see the change in the system. We will see a change in the country, and together we will be able to make our world great again.
