Hello everybody and welcome to Living Word Church. My name is Wayne Clarus. Thank you so much for taking the time of your day to watch the broadcast. Today, Pastor is in the house. I know it's going to be a timely, anointed Word of God. So don't switch off your TV. Do not switch off your device. Let's go. It's good to be here again. I look forward to Sundays. I really do. and when Monday comes I do seriously want to pray a lot Lord I just can't wait to get back and be with the people again and also to preach the word I love preaching the word I really do I'd preach 24 hours a day but I think I'd wear out pretty quick you might say well you'd get tired of it well I'd just like the chance to get tired of it that's all but no it's all good a word came through about it is about the leading of the spirit about the holy spirit in our lives but a word came through and through tongues and interpretations a few a couple of weeks ago and i thought more about it because i think when god does speak to us you know that if it's prophecy or tongues and interpretation or how it might be that he speaks to us i think it's important you know i think there's a there's there's a reason for it we we may not know the reason but he's getting getting us prepared a couple of weeks ago we were coming and up on the rochdale road up this rochdale road where there's a intersection and uh i'm just not sure what it is uh the other road it's not pretty so it's one of the ones go down but they're doing a heap of work i mean dear jesus i mean the end of the world will come before they finish it trust me but anyhow they had signs up you know they had signs up you know word word word road work ahead, proceed with caution and all that, you know. We get up there, there's a guy there, I think he just woke up. He's got a slow and a stop sign, you know. And, you know, I can understand falling asleep because this is really an exciting job, you know. This is the culmination of my life. You know, stop sign. So anyhow, he had on there, stop, so we stopped. First up, we didn't know what it was all about, we were just sitting there. you know after 10 minutes you know you're thinking he's gone to sleep there's no other cars coming the other direction he has you just stand there hold the sign and i've been disrespectful to him and if you do watch the program and it just happens to be you because you missed church on sunday because you should have been at church not holding a sign okay slow and stopping us. So we stood there and eventually turned the sign and off we went. We thought, well, there's no one working. What's it all about? They're sitting in their trucks and they're sitting on the side of the road. They're talking. Actually, some have got a couple of phones talking, at least. That's something, you know. And I thought, what was the use of that? Give it a break. There's no trucks. There's not the end of the world coming. It's not the end of the world, you know. and they did the same the next Sunday too. Same thing again, but there was a little bit more activity this time, a little bit more activity. And they're still doing it up there. And I said to Geraldine, I think they might finish this one day out of a little bit of sarcasm and that. But why are they doing it? They're actually making it so that our lives will be easier. But it causes a little bit of discomfort in the beginning. People don't like discomfort. it people don't like feeling a little bit out of the ordinary you know of you know i've got to do a detour you know and you take the detour and you you come back on you miss two or three minutes in your life and that you know and you think you know why do i have to take a detour why do i have to do that you know and the and the leading of the holy spirit is exactly the same i was listening to someone this morning and just as i turned the tv on which we do we have our before we come to church just to listen to whatever Christian program. Usually it's a little bit, end of Joseph Prince and the beginning of Joel Osteen. But I was a little bit earlier, so I'll turn it on. There's a guy called David Jeremiah. I think that's his name. And this is what, it was about leading of the spirit. I said, oh, he's been listening to my services. Bless his heart. And that, anyhow, he said, to hear God's voice, you will have to get rid of the noise that's in your head and the noise what's happening in your life his voice is silent but it's not heard with the human ear his voice is not a decision or i wonder if that's god it's precise and not only precise you'll know that it's god speaking to you if you don't know that it's god speaking to you this is what god doesn't do good you know god's not an idiot you know when i say that i say that very very not disrespectful but in what i'm saying and that's he's not a fool he's not and he doesn't play silly little games that's what god doesn't you know people play silly little games you know about things to get people's attention or whatever god doesn't do that you know and people people say oh i've been running from god all of my life now for sure haven't you i mean the guy the guy is pretty fast in running been around a long time you know he get he doesn't live in this time frame or this realm that we live in we say i've been running from god you know and god finally caught me i could just imagine poor jesus you know eventually catches the tackles in so i mean i wish you'd stop running you know and people say this also oh i've been running from the devil all week i mean you're running from the devil you might have been running from your wife if your husband you weren't running from the devil you know but you know they say oh you know i'm trying to get away from you know this i'm trying to get away from this i just i'm just tired of this and i'm talking about god speaking you know god god just god doesn't repeat himself either the holy spirit reminds us this is about being led of the holy spirit the holy spirit remind us but god just doesn't god doesn't beg us he doesn't plead with us he doesn't carry on like you know trying to get your attention and said his word is precise and it's infinite and it's final and and and when i realize that in my life more and more i understand i may not understand why he's sitting there standing like that guy up there with the stop sign or the slow signs but i don't want to go slow jesus and not only that i don't want to stop you know i don't understand this is not me i don't understand why my finances are running i've done everything i've been tithing i've been going to judgment i don't understand what's happening you know you know i don't understand why there's this confusion going on in my life or there's or there's this happening and i'm alive i'm praying about it and you know and it's like you look at god and he's got a little slow sign or then he might end up you know and you think what does he want just just stop for a moment just stop stop stop stop you know but he if i can say when i say god tries god doesn't try but god tries to get our attention now he doesn't try he just makes the statement and and you either give him the attention or not and god doesn't go hey way i'm talking to you and then to les he says hi les i'm talking to you i hope not you know he might need a go slow sign um and that god doesn't God doesn't have an aggressive tone or a belittling tone or anything when he speaks. It's constant. And when we realise, and I'm not saying that you don't, but when we realise that more and more, we realise something. God doesn't play games. Even though God can see down the track where we're going, he'll warn us. But a lot of times Christians don't even take the warning. and then they wonder why they go down that track. Now, of course it's like this and I say this respectfully again, not disrespectfully because I try not to offend people as best as I can. But Christians live lives of up and down. They live lives of lukewarmness, then they live lives of coldness and then they live lives of hotness. they go up and down all the time and the bible shows us this all the time because he gives the children of israel the example and and people say people say christians say oh i just can't do that well why can't you do that well you know because to say it you've got to be well i just can't do that i just can't stop thinking about this i just can't do this well why can't you this is as simple as I treat God I treat God like if God says something I think God means it I think God doesn't say anything different than the word of God to me so I look at this passage here we look at you know in John in John 16 verse 13 and then John 14 and we also look in Luke 24 there towards the end I think 49 and he says the Holy Spirit will come and he will remind you but in reminding you he will guide you and he'll show you. But this is what people do. I'll be disrespectful. People actually go to prayer and then they come back with what God says to them. It doesn't work like that, I'm sorry. Because what you might think God says to you, what proof have you got what God says to you? What proof? Because loads of people have gone to prayer and done things, come back and says God told them to do that. not being disrespectful again please people have said through the years not just of late they're not just of late anyway through the years God has led me away from living word now where are you going? hasn't led me anywhere yet right okay so has he ever led you to stop eating? no I'm talking about me too I'm talking about here if I was to go by feelings I would leave living word two or three times a week I'm just joking but regularly I feel the same thing I feel the same thing as ordinary people feel have I ever felt to leave Geraldine? yes loads of times and if you've said you haven't felt that way about your husband or wife you're nothing about a damn liar because there are times and there are circumstances and situations that come that we don't know that are coming. And we have these mental assessments and mental decisions about things is that it would just be better off if I wasn't married to Geraldine. It would be better if I didn't have any children. It would be better off if I just die and go to heaven straight away, you know. And I make these statements in my communications with God because more than anything I want to be led by the Spirit of God. I don't want to be led by a feeling or an emotion. If God says to me, not to you, and I'll not be disrespectful to anyone who's left or anything like that, please, or even about me and my life and that or your life, why do we stay constant in things? Well, why is God constant? And if we stay constant, the amount of times my business has been up and down in the early days until I got less control of it in the voyage runner it was up and down I felt like leaving it hundreds of times a year because things were just going crap and going bad I worked for three months once for $33 it's pretty not bad is it you had to survive I have not got a clue we didn't survive we didn't miss our times and offerings, didn't miss church, didn't blame God for anything. We just thought if God said to do this, that we would do it. But over the process of time, all I could see God was this stop sign standing in front of me. What do I do? You keep working. But I'm not making any money. What's that got to do with what I said to you? Are you working for the money or are you working for me? Because, see, that's the situation. You know, am I married to Geraldine because I love Geraldine or I'm married to Geraldine because God has put her with me and me with her. Okay, this is a different situation now, isn't it? Why did I marry Geraldine for sex? Did I marry Geraldine to have kids? Or did I marry Geraldine to be a covenant partner and to be true to her for all of my life? I did that because I made the vows when we said for better or for worse or rich or for poorer No actually for it to last and for it to be constant like God it has to be because we trust in God It has to be God. I'm not talking about what you and I have failed with previously in our lives. I'm talking about going on forward. Because if he said that he would lead me, and he did, and some of the things that he has led me and said not to go down that path, I didn't pay much attention to it because I didn't think it was really that important. Break up with a girl. That's pretty simple, isn't it? Why didn't he get in the car and turn the steering wheel and do something else instead of her getting killed two days later? I mean, why didn't he warn me through the days and that to do that? Because he's already warned me. So he said, right, do this. Did I understand that? When Adam and Eve, when it came to Adam and Eve, God said to Adam and Eve, don't touch the fruit. don't touch the tree the knowledge of good and evil because the day that you touch it the day that you die they touched the fruit and didn't die but you don't know what the devil was after the devil wasn't after them he was after their kids and he got their kids because of what they did and you see that's the whole issue of that they didn't have the foreknowledge to see ahead that all they did was saw now okay okay right okay they didn't die but every human being from that moment on died every child from that moment on died because of their involvement so I look at that passage that came through that tongues of interpretation comes through about the children of Israel all the things that God gave them the Lord reminded me of this and then through the week and this is what he said I want you to look at this passage and I'd like you to if it doesn't come up it's okay but it's found in Deuteronomy it's one of the most misquoted passages in the word of faith movement and I'm in the word of faith movement it says in here in Deuteronomy 8 verse 18 and we only quote half of it because it says it is he who gives the power to get wealth remember last week we said we looked at or the week before we looked at, that God has given us the Holy Spirit to be strong, but not for us, but to be strong for him. And he's given us the Holy Spirit, the power when the Holy Spirit came upon us to be a witness for him, not to be a witness for us. Not so that I can go and build a bigger house or get another car or another unit or another block of land or a bigger church or this or that. No, no, no. No, he's actually given the Holy Spirit so that I will be a witness. But if you're blessed, doesn't that mean that that's a witness to God? Well, yes, but it's what I'm using my finances for, for me or for God. And it says here that God has given me power to get wealth. Right, right, okay. I will use my faith now to get wealth. And that's wrong, because that's not what the power was for. The power was to be a witness and a testimony for Jesus Christ to speak in tongues, not just to build myself up so that I'll be superhuman. It is to build myself up, Jude 20 says, but it is more to be a witness for him. My life is to be a witness for him. My family is to be a witness for him. I am to be a witness to Geraldine of him for her and her for me. So if it's God, so he says in this passage here, but the first part says here, it says, but you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth. And then it says this, that he may establish his covenant. so the power to get wealth to establish his covenant not the power to get wealth to build a whole lot more houses and a whole lot more properties and a whole lot more churches and a whole lot more of me because actually if you read further God's actually having a word with the prophet and with Israel and God doesn't if I can explain it like this God doesn't have fissy fits yes he does get angry but thank God he's not getting angry in our generation because he has got angry and when he's got angry he's pulled the children of Israel aside to have a chat to them and he has a chat to them through the prophet so if you were to look at verse 11 or verse 2 and it says here verse 1 of chapter 8 it says and all the commandments which I command you this day you shall observe to do that you may live multiply go in possess the land which the Lord swore to your fathers that's pretty clear isn't it now I want you to notice how God what God actually I want you to just see how merciful and how lovely and wonderful God is and our compassion it is, even in the Old Testament. He mentions this passage here, and they do none of it. Not a single thing. And you would think, I tell you what, that would make me, if my kids did that, I tell you what, you can work your little butt off, you're not going to get one cent of my penny. I'll leave it to the RSPCA, and you won't get anything. But you see, this is God. You've got to see how God's thinking here, but because to see how God's thinking through every generation is that he is incredibly merciful, even when we really, really do silly things. And I thank God for that. Verse 2 says that you shall remember all the way which the Lord your God led you these 40 years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, prove you, and to know what is in your hearts, whether you would keep his commandments or not. This is God, this is God, got them on the other side and he's going back now talking to them. And in verse 11 it says here, for the sake of time I've got to cut this down. Verse 11 says, take heed lest you forget the Lord your God in not keeping his commandments and his judgments and his statutes which I command you this day. he goes and he says, Least when you have eaten and are full and have built beautiful houses and dwelt in them. I want you to remember. I want you to remember this. And you see, Christians, people in life, especially the Word of Faith and the Word of Faith, that, you know, you just get in there and speak the Word of God and everything will be good. No, you've got to fight a battle because faith is a fight. It says fight the good fight of faith. So there must be a battle, there must be victories, there must be some losses, because it gets your attention so that you'll increase and overcome. There must be something to overcome if we're told to overcome. So he says here, Least when you have eaten and are full and built beautiful houses and dwell in them, and when your flocks and your herds multiply and your silver and gold are multiplied and all that you have is multiplied then your heart be lifted up and you forget the Lord your God who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt from the house of bondage. See, the worst part No, no, I won't say that. Thank you, Lord. and he says here, end. And then you say in your heart, watch this, this is an example for us today, and you say in your heart, my power, my faith, my decisions, my faithfulness, everything that I've done has got me to where I am today. I am a self-made millionaire. That's what People say that, don't they? They say, I am a self-made millionaire. And probably some people are. But in God, it's God who has made us who we are, not us. Because if it was me, I would have done it earlier. I would have done a lot earlier, but it was a lot later, not earlier. and there was a lot of heartache all the way through it, doing it to get to the place where there's no financial heartache and no problem in those areas. You might say, well, what happens in the future if there is? Well, we'll deal with the same way we did it before. And he says, you say in your heart, my power and the might of my hand has got me this wealth. Dwight and I a couple of years ago we had fixed up a ride-on mower, made it really really good condition, serviced it new tyres, everything, much sharpened blade new blades, a whole lot, and gave it to him because this gentleman had moved to some acreage and that and he was mowing it with a push mower and I thought he'll die early you do that on a few acres of land, you know you've got to run out of time somewhere along the line and that's so we fixed this up we did it, we took it to him gave it to him and he said my faith has got me this and I said no it wasn't your faith mate it was our hard work we got this the Lord we saw a need we gave it to you it wasn't your faith it was the kindness and the generosity of our heart to you that actually got this yes you exercise faith but it wasn't your faith that got you this it was faith that may have acted but you can't take the credit for this because this is what this passage is saying here it is my faith that got me to this place no no it's actually God's mercy and God's grace that's got us where we are so he says here but you shall remember the Lord your God verse 18 for it is he who gives you power to get wealth. Well that's what the Bible says. Well if you read it the King James it is but the word power actually isn't the power like to go out and to make a lot of money. That's not what it means. But that's what we think it is. So I can use faith and I can do this and I can get a lot of money. We can if you tell enough people. and it says here for it is he who gives you the power the word power means weapon doesn't mean power as it's such it means yes what it does the weapon does bring so it actually means it is he who gives you the weapon to get wealth or actually instead of wealth the true word is he gives you the weapon which actually interpreted as a sword he gives you the sword to get wealth or a sword to get possession what is he talking about in the children of Israel well he went into the children of Israel he gave them the promised land they crossed over the Jordan and he said now go and possess but you'll have to fight for it and that's what we have to do today yes yes he's given us the power he has given us the power to fight a good fight of faith because the fight of faith wins every time But it not our power It's actually the authority. He's given me the authority to use his faith. Because the Bible says it's not my faith, it's his faith that he gave me. Proven faith. My faith goes up and down too much. To be of real use, I need to use his authority, his faith, because I know it works all the time. I don't have to wonder. I don't have to fear. I don't have to be anxious. I don't have to go and pray about it and ask God what's going on or whatever. I just say to God, God, I will stand in the faith that you've given and we will keep doing what we've been told to do. And that's what he does. I'm not talking about pastoring. I'm just talking about life itself. So he says here, also, this is what it means. It means a weapon or a sword. And not only that, it means an eye to see and to understand. Wow, okay. He's given us an eye and an ear to understand for us as Christians. The world doesn't hear God speak the way we speak, the way we hear God speak. even when we speak for God it doesn't hear that we are speaking for God because Jesus said that they don't know God and they don't know his voice because they don't know how he speaks they speak when circumstances arise someone shoots someone else and someone shoots someone else you know how either the first or second war I'm just not sure I think it was the first war all started It started because a family member, a royal family member, members actually got shot. And a whole war, a whole war ventured out and millions died of it. And what God doesn't want you to fight wars that you don't have to fight? I don't have to fight to be prosperous. I don't have to fight to be healed. I don't have to fight for anything because my faith in God is my fight. And God fights for me because the weapons that I use, the carnal natural weapons, can't win in the weapon. My mind, my emotions, my feeling, my physical strength. Because it is that the weapons of my warfare are not carnal. but the weapons that I do use which are his, spiritual weapons, they're mighty to the pulling down of strongholds. So if I try and defeat an enemy with my energy or my strength or my mind, I get really tired. I get really emotionally depleted in that. And how do I know that when I'm fighting someone with my arms? Well, my body will get tired. My arm will get tired. So if I mentally get tired in a battle, I know that I'm trying to use my sense realm to defeat a spiritual enemy. I have to be wise to realise that it's not a battle of a mental exercise or a physical exercise to defeat a defeated enemy, the devil. it is purely the word of God that we resist him with, we resist him with living the word of God, speaking the word of God is not the only thing, it says submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee, so we submit to his word, we let God fight the battle for us, and we stay in tune as we are fighting, we stay in tune to keep our mind and our physical body out of the fight because we grow weary we grow tired so what happens in this situation here and it says here it says here again but you shall remember the lord your god for it is he who gives you power to get wealth that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers as it is this day. And if you do not forget the Lord your God, or sorry, and if you do forget the Lord your God and you walk after gods, let's not deal with that at the moment. And serve them and worship them. I've testified against you this day that you shall perish. Now people say, oh, then God come in and punish them. No. No, actually, they did that themselves. As the nations which the Lord destroyed before you, so shall you perish if you're not obedient to the voice of the Lord your God. Now look at that. That is looking at that and you say, man, what? It's black and white. God, don't do the commandments. Don't do this. You've got about as much chance of winning because God knows they're not going to do it. But he tells them anyway. He reminds them anyway. Tells the outcome. And this is what I love about God. This is what I think is just so tremendous about God. When I can mess it up so bad, when I can literally make such a mess of it so bad and think, you couldn't have done that, God, without me messing that up so well. Mess it up so bad. And this is our family passage, which is in Romans 8, that all things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to his purpose. And that is true. that is true and it remains constant and it's true for every one of us, not just us. But this is the greatness of God. If you had your Bibles here, I'll read it to you. This is out of the Aramaic, but the King James is much the same. And he goes down and he says there, Do not say in your heart, verse 4, After the Lord your God has defeated them from before you, that it is because of your righteousness that the Lord has brought you to possess this then. Dwight, it's because of just how great you are, that you are who you are today. You're a self-made Christian. Self-made. It is all of my hard work that has done this with a good marriage and a good church and all of this. It's all of this. It's interesting. he goes down a little bit further and it says here, and I'll say it again, do not say in your heart after the Lord God has defeated them from before you, it is because of my righteousness, what I have done, that the Lord has brought me to possess this land. But it's because of the wickedness of these nations that the Lord is destroying them from before you. Well, I thought God was doing it for me. No, no, no, no, no. Verse 5 says It is not because of your righteousness So it's not because of all the seed that I've sown It's not because of all of the hard energy And the praying And the believing And doing all of that God No Well what was the good of it then for? What was the good of all of that? You were proving faithfulness but I didn't bless you because of that. I bless you because I'm gracious towards you. And it's faith in that graciousness that causes the revelation to be so exciting. It's not because of your righteousness or for the uprightness of your heart that you are going in to possess their land, but it is because of the sins of these nations the Lord your God is destroying them from before you and that he may perform the word the word which he swore to your fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob because he swore to them promised them that's why we have received by faith the blessings of Abraham it's because of Jesus know therefore that it is not because of your righteousness again verse 6 that the Lord God is giving you this good land to possess it because you're a stiff necked people remember and forget not how you provoke the Lord the Lord brings up all of the paths all of the paths about how they just annoyed and irritated God throughout and God just kept blessing them, blessing them, blessing them, blessing them. But that's against what he told them. Because he told them in verse 1, if you keep all the commandments this day and observe them, then you'll live and you'll be prosperous and you'll inherit all this land. He told a furphy. God told a big fat lie. not really, because he gets to be God. He told them that if you do this, you do that. Now, if they did do it, they would learn how to be teachable and how to be humble before God, but they didn't learn the Christian lesson. They didn't learn the Christian lesson. because Jesus learnt obedience through the things that he suffered in life. He humbled himself under the hand of his father and he learnt from the things that happened in life. You see, God can't teach you humility. You have to do that. God can't teach you how to be strong in him. He can't do that. You have to do that. God can't teach you how to be victorious over sin. You have to do that. So you have to do those things. The same as when God spoke to Adam and Eve, he said, you possess the earth, you control it, you look after it. God has given you your life. He's given me my life to learn to be humble before him. and everything else he does for me is because he's gracious and because he's loving. But if you were to read on, the children of Israel thought that it was all about them. But if they were to read back, they realised that God blessed us anyway. The moment, yes, even if we did sin and we did silly things, God told us how to get out of it and blessed us and he just kept blessing us all the time. and that's what our lives are like. We may look at our lives and we might think, I wish you'd done things different, Jesus, but he didn't. It was the biggest shock of my life when I said to him that day, Lord, what are you going to do about this? And he says, Dwight, what are you going to do about it? If I was to look at my situations in life and my problems in life, whatever it might be, if I get sick I don't have in my physical body I don't have the natural ability my physical body gets well well that's good but I don't have the natural ability or the mental ability to be able to to be able to fix my life so I have a doctor and the surgeons and they do certain things and they keep us alive it's their expertise it's their their realm I submit my life to them to do what they do. And all things have been equal, done what's right, things work out okay, and they have. My faith is in them. It must be, I'd be silly asking the doctor, have you done this before? He says, no, this is the first one, and I go out. I wake up and find out it was the wrong leg they took off. But don't worry about it. Someone's bought your slippers. so my life my life and your life is is our trust in God and our faith in God It not if I put some money in the offering will he reward me It's not me sowing an extra seed, as they say, to get an extra blessing or to get something done or get something like that. It would be like saying to Geraldine, you know, if you make me baked beans and toast this morning I'll mow the grass or I'll vacuum the house I mean how stupid is that Lord if I put my tithe in then you will bless me and people think that by what we do it causes God to be in a natural realm of excitement and say I've just got to bless Dwight because he's been such a real good boy and he's got no ticks against his name, crosses against his name. Not ticks, crosses. Not like Wayne, strike three and you're out. I gave him Mandy to make him perfect. It failed. Just mow the grass, it'll be all good. So these things in my life, and as in the children of Israel's life, it's just because God is gracious to you and I. I'd like you to close your eyes for a moment. We all have different issues. We all have different things that we will deal with. We should be dealing with things. We shouldn't just be sitting back in an armchair just being served by God all the time. because growing in God is about growth. As Christians, we can never stop growing. We don't get to be 65 and retire from working. We don't get to the place where everything's just so easy and everything's so good. It shouldn't be. because battles make us strong. But we don't go in thinking we're going to lose. We go in believing we have already won the battle. We go in knowing that what we are doing is establishing his covenant on the earth, that we are witnessing and saving souls. That is our covenant. that's why we are powerful and to get wealth whatever amount of wealth that may be that is God's graciousness and God's goodness upon our lives and we can't look at someone else and say they've got more and I've got less and someone else says they've got less and I've got more don't ever do that don't ever think there is a place there is a place where there is no battle anymore you have a table it is prepared and it is in the centre of the battle before the enemies and our rest is our faith not in our faith but our rest and our faith is in him not anyone else not anything else I love the Lord people I love his word for all of my heart and he has done great things in our lives I've seen him do great things in people's lives I've seen him do the impossible in people's lives unimaginable I've seen him do things that I never thought that he could possibly work it out but he worked it out trust is an incredible thing but besides trust obedience obedience to his word his word doesn't look at you and evaluate you it doesn't look at you and assess if you're good enough doesn't look at you and see if you're strong or you're weak doesn't look at your past doesn't look at your future where you are now the word of God looks at you and sees you as God sees you. And when you confess His Word, the Holy Spirit reminds you to confess His Word over your life. That's what He does. And when you rush off in the mental realm, in the realm of your soul, you make bad decisions. Bad decisions. You don't know what the outcome or what the effect might be. He doesn't look at you and say, Oh, they don't love me enough. Or that they're always doing this and they're always doing that. They don't deserve this and they don't deserve that. His love doesn't judge us. He doesn't put balance in his hands and we have to get to a certain place of weight before he will move. God people is gracious and he is merciful. He always has been. Even the people that didn't even know because that's who God is. He's all together. he's all together and he's for you why would he do that why would he let his son die on a cruel cross when he could have just started again because that's what he said to Moses let's just destroy them all now and it wasn't that God didn't know what to do or God was trying to trick Moses this is what he said let's destroy them and let's make another nation out of you let's just make another special people just out of you and we'll do it different. We'll show them different things. We'll do different things with them. They'll be better. And Moses turned around and he said this, you can't do that. Not that God didn't know that he couldn't, that God wouldn't. You can't do that. It was for Moses to know this and it's for you and I to know this. you can't do that because you promised you made a covenant with them to bless them and it wasn't for God, it was for Moses the message is for you today to remember it's because God has a covenant with you and he said I'll never leave you and I'll never forsake you so when you feel forsaken rise up and reject it because his word is true it is fixed and it is constant when he says I love you I don't love you of condition I love you it doesn't have to be anything else he just says I love you and my word is constant to you I love you Jesus wonderful to be is beautiful to me. His grace is amazing, amazing to me. and I love him more than my eyes can see we worship you we just love you love you and we do what we do because you love us. Not because we love you, but because you love us. Our love is always found wanting, but your love is never found wanting. I love you. I love you so much. I long to be with you again. I love you. I love you. Thank you. we love you Jesus what are you about to do thank God we love him we love you so much it's a deep well it's worth digging the field is worth digging in to find the treasure it's worth selling all that you got all that you are to have the whole field. We love you, Jesus.
